Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th July 2021 saw Leeds East’s inaugural summer charity fly-in be held. Due to a poor long-range weather forecast (which turned out to be completely wrong – never believe the Met Man!) the vast majority of action was on the Saturday, with a number of aircraft attending including healthy support from the Real Aeroplane Company at nearby Breighton.
The resident Sea Harrier ZH798, owned and being restored by Jet Art, was wheeled out alongside the also-resident L29 Delfin making for some great photo opportunities.
